This land, consisting of approximately 4.6 acres, more or less, is located on the corner of Forest Glen  Drive and Highway 8 about 8 miles West of Pelzer, S.C. and near the intersection of Highways 8 and 81. It was purchased years ago by the late Ray Hawkins.  Mr. Hawkins may have planned to build a home there but did build one at 112 Raven Wood Drive in Piedmont.  We are selling that home on June 5th.

This is one of the smaller lots in the Subdivision since many of them are 5 acres or more.  The Lot is restricted to one dwelling.

It will be offered at Auction on Wednesday, May 26th at 6 pm.  The Terms of the Auction are:

 A Ten Percent (10%) Buyers Fee will be added to the final bid to arrive at the final Contract Price.  A Five Thousand Dollar ($5,000) Escrow Deposit will be made by the successful bidder and the balance due within 30 days following the Auction.  This deposit will be held in the Escrow Account of the Auctioneer and credited to the purchaser at closing.  All the closing costs will be paid by the purchaser.  The purchaser will receive an insurable title to the property at closing.
