This home is located on Approximately 2 acres Fronting on Woodruff Road, Greenville, SC, approximately 1 mile West of the Five Forks Area and is partially open and wooded. 

The home needs to be renovated, and may not ready for habitation at this time.  We are also selling hundreds of items we found in the home and garage on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at Public Auction beginning at 9 am.  This Auction has Tools, Tool Boxes, 3 old cars (Fords, Descriptions will come later when we dig them out but 2 seem to be Ford Falcon Futuras), Chains, Cast Iron Items, Ceramic Jugs, Hundreds of pieces of Glassware, Dolls, Die Cast Cars and Trucks, Lamps, 4 foot Metal Shear, Saw Sharpening unit, Drill Press, Auto Parts, Old Hubcaps, Beauty Rings, Rims, Ladders, Coins, Dressers, 2 Old Organs, Chest Type Freezer, Kitchen Table and Chairs, Chain Binders, Lanterns, John Deere Tractor if we can dig it out of collapsed shed, Harrow on Wheels, Pile of Scrap Iron and who knows what else we will find.
